Finance Domain (FD)
The Finance Domain oversees Strategy, Finance, Human Resources, and all responsibilities not explicitly assigned to another domain. FD also acts as the final approval authority for cross‑domain plans that require budget, staffing, or long‑term resource commitments.
Platform Domain (PD)
The Platform Domain is responsible for enabling the Autonomous Architecture of our future platform. This includes:
- Building the Plattform itself
- Managing opt‑in mechanisms for platform components
- Developing and maintaining internal development tools (e.g., agents, pipelines, automation utilities)
- Ensuring technical foundations that support scalability, reliability, and developer productivity
Product Development Domain (DD)
The Product Development Domain owns the Client Application and its continuous evolution. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing features defined in the Product Roadmap
- Maintaining application quality, stability, and performance
- Coordinating roadmap planning jointly with the Community Management Domain
- Aligning product milestones with Marketing and Platform Domains
- Submitting major roadmap decisions for Finance Domain approval
Marketing Domain (MD)
The Marketing Domain is responsible for user acquisition, communication, and overall UX leadership. This includes:
- UX strategy and research
- Gamification concepts
- UI design direction
- Growth initiatives and user funnel optimization
Community Management Domain (CD)
The Community Management Domain ensures that users have the best possible experience across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding user needs, feedback, and sentiment
- Translating community insights into actionable product and platform improvements
- Supporting roadmap development with real‑world user data
- Maintaining healthy, engaged, and informed user communities
